Admin, Project Manager

Junior for a wide variety of admin, finance, and web tasks plus potentially digital and creative projects


2-4 days per week


We need a highly intelligent, extremely reliable admin assistant to take responsibility for a variety of tasks including:

  • Keeping our Saasu online accounting system current across the group
  • Staff and contractor admin and pay
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Establishing and improving well-defined processes
  • Website updating and maintenance
  • Social media updates
  • Executive support

All of the people who have previously held this role have moved into project roles, and we are looking for someone who has the capability to do far more than this. However the initial focus is on administration tasks.


ESSENTIAL attributes include:

  • Perfection (or very close…) in all work and EXTREME attention to detail
  • Great admin capabilities – very structured and extraordinarily organised
  • A whiz with PC and web
  • Deep interest in technology and the future
  • Active and experienced in social media
  • Adaptable, easy-going and collaborative

Experience with bookkeeping and financial admin VERY useful

Other talents that would be very highly regarded include:

  • Excellent writing ability or editing experience
  • Website development experience
  • Research skills
  • Experience in marketing, PR or media
  • Great with numbers, analysis and Excel

Hourly rate plus profit share.
