Aaron Heinrich has more than 25 years of experience working across a broad spectrum of corporate and marketing communications. This includes crisis and issues management, strategic positioning and brand awareness, executive visibility and thought leadership, new product/service introductions, and traditional and social media. He currently consults with a wide variety of companies on issues related to branding, positioning, and awareness building.
Having held senior level positions at global PR firms Waggener Edstrom, Ketchum and Manning Selvage & Lee, as a consultant for ROI Communications he’s also driven and overseen internal communications programs for companies like Cisco, Yahoo!, Pfizer, Sutter Health and Blue Shield of California.
Heinrich has led successful brand awareness and new product service launches for T-Mobile, Microsoft, and the DLP group of Texas Instrument. This included the first joint android phone launch with HTC, T-Mobile and Google, and the first home server launch which created a new category for Microsoft. He’s also managed the launch of new companies in industries that include wireless, app development, sports, and mobile payments.
Additionally, he’s developed and managed crisis and issues strategy for IABC, PG&E, FedEx, Blue Shield of California, and other companies in a variety of industries. Heinrich has also created and implemented thought leadership platforms for executives at companies that included FedEx, Microsoft, TI-DLP, and small to mid-cap organizations.
Heinrich holds a MFA in screenwriting from the University of Southern California and a BA in broadcast journalism from Arizona State University. Additionally, he holds a certificate in Executive Global Brand Marketing and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has also won a number of awards from PRSA and local PRSA chapters, and two Telly awards for instructional videos.
